DocSetu is a booking and records platform. We connect you with verified doctors and store information you choose to save. Anything our AI assistant says is informational only — always consult a registered medical practitioner for diagnosis or treatment.

Bookings and cancellations

A booking fee may be charged at checkout. If the doctor cancels, you get a full refund within 7 business days. If you cancel more than 4 hours before the slot, the fee is refunded minus payment-processor charges.

Doctor verification

Every doctor listed has been verified with the Medical Council of India or the relevant state medical council. We do not endorse any specific treatment. Doctors are independent practitioners, not employees of DocSetu.

Acceptable use

Don't impersonate others, upload someone else's health information without consent, or use DocSetu to harass or defraud doctors or patients.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith, then through arbitration in Mumbai, India.
